PURPOSE:To issue a ticket without applying a burden to a driver at all even at the time when he brings his vehicle to a a certain distance or longer from a ticket issue machine by automatically contracting and expanding the ticket issue part in accordance with the distance to the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When entrance of a vehicle 2 is detected, a pass is issued from a ticket issue part 11. A sensor 13 measures the distance between the ticket issue machine 1 and the vehicle 2 and sends it to a processing part 14. This part 14 discriminates whether this distance is within a prescribed range; and if it is within the prescribed range, it is discriminated whether the pass is extracted from the ticket issue part 11 or not. When it is extracted from the ticket issue part 11, it is discriminated whether the ticket issue part 11 is returned to the original position, and the processing is terminated if it is returned, but the ticket issue part 11 is returned to the original position if it is not returned. If it is judged that the measured distance is not within the prescribed range, the difference between this distance and a prescribed value is obtained, and the same operation is performed after the ticket issue part 11 is moved through a driving part 12 by an extent corresponding to this difference. |
