PURPOSE:To provide a ventilation apparatus in which condensation produced therein is prevented from creeping over a ceiling plenum and in which there is no need, upon mounting a bottom plate thereof, of taking positioning of the bottom plate into consideration, and further in which the width of a flange part of the ventilation apparatus is reduced so as not to attract attension. CONSTITUTION:A ventilation apparatus includes a body 17 provided on a ceiling surface 4 of a bath room 1 to form a ventilation port 13 and communicated with an exhaust duct 15 disposed outside the room, the ventilation apparatus 30 is constructed by integrally forming the body 17 including a junction part 16 of the exhaust duct 15 and a bottom plate 18 serving to mount the body 17 on a ceiling 4 side, and suspending a junction cylinder part 19 of the bottom plate 18 up to a through-hole 20 in the ceiling surface 4. |
