PURPOSE:To prevent the soiling of hands of a worker carrying an original plate by a dyeing liquid, the adhering of the front and rear faces of plural original plates each other when the are stacked, and the degradation of an ink repulsive property when dyes are stuck to a silicone rubber layer being a non-pattern part. CONSTITUTION:This developing device is provided with a developing part 3 for removing the silicone rubber layer at the non-pattern part of the planographic printing original plate 7 not requiring damping water, a dyeing part 4 for dyeing the pattern part, and a washing part 5 for washing the planographic printing original plate 7, not requiring damping water. Further, the washing part 5 is provided with a means for supplying a washing liquid to the front face of the planographic printing original plate 7 not requiring damping water and a means for supplying the washing liquid to the back face thereof. |
