The invention relates to an attachment with replaceable pins, which is able to pull and push a draw spring in a tube. The pin is inserted into a drilling machine and the attachment is placed around it. As a result of the drilling machine being made to turn clockwise or anticlockwise, the draw spring can move back and forth through a tube without being damaged in the event of a blockage. By inserting a pin of another material it is also possible to move another material at the same time, for example a plastic draw spring.
