PURPOSE:To provide the image forming device which is surely prevented from being used in a state where an external component element is attached as a component element capable of being changed in the image forming device using toner. CONSTITUTION:In this image forming device, discrimination information is possessed by the component element capable of being changed in a main body. A discrimination information sensor reading the discrimination information in the attached component element is provided. Furthermore, an information discriminating mechanism comparing the discrimination information read by the discrimination information sensor with reference information is provided, and an operation stopping commanding signal is outputted in a case other than the case where the discrimination information is equal to the reference information. |
