PURPOSE:To obtain a cooler for a laser oscillator in which a decrease in an output of a laser can be prevented by removing bubbles mixed in coolant of the laser. CONSTITUTION:An orifice and a nozzle are disposed in a lower part of a coolant tank 8 to be connected to a cavity outlet 6 of a laser oscillator thereby to separate bubbles mixed with coolant 20 from the tank 8. Heat generated in a cavity is externally dissipated with cooling air to radiating fins of corrugated fins in contact with a water channel formed in a zigzag state on both side surfaces of a cooling plate. Thus, a decrease in a laser output due to circulation of the bubbles mixed with the coolant can be prevented. A temperature rise of the coolant is suppressed to prevent a decrease in a laser output due to generation of the bubbles from a flash lamp. |
