PURPOSE:To eliminate a screen display on the way of editing by providing a switch for rewriting screen data at a desired time, in the case of executing presentation by using an electronic OHP sheet by a word processor. CONSTITUTION:In a word processor system with an electronic overhead projector(OHP) output function, this system is provided with an instruction key (switch) for storing data corresponding to data displayed on the screen of a word processor main body, in VRAMs 34R, 34G and 34B for the OHP, and when a user depresses this switch, the screen contents of an LCD 14 are reflected on an LCD 18. That is, a write instruction is generated by depressing this switch, the word processor decides whether a display screen in this case is a document area or a graphic area. Subsequently, in the case of the document area, document data is written in the VRAMs 34R, 34G and 34B, and in the case of the graphic area, data of a graphic is written in the VRAMs 34R, 34G and 34B. In such a way, by the instruction key, a screen displayed on a main body side is subjected to OHP screen display. |
