PURPOSE:To prevent feeling of uneasiness from being give to a user by the change of exhaust noise generated following the switching of the output of an exhaust means by changing driving amount continuously or in terms of multistage at the switching time of the first driving amount and a second driving amount. CONSTITUTION:By a temperature switching control means 6, respective corresponding reference signals are transmitted to a temperature control means 8 on the basis of a fixing/standby state switching signal form a CPU 7. By a ventilation fan driving control circuit 11, the driving of a ventilation fan 12 is controlled according to a selection signal from the CPU 7. By a fixing device 1, the driving amount is continuously changed between t1 and t2 at the switching time of the driving amount of the fan 12 at a fixing action time and the driving amount of the fan 12 at a standby action time. Besides, since an interval between t1 and t2 t the switching time is long, the change of the noise generated by the fan 12 is moderated and it is not recognized by the user of the image forming device. As the result, the feeling of uneasiness is not given to the user. |
