PURPOSE:To allow easy regulation of the running speed of carrier even if the scale of carrying system is enlarged and the number of carriers is increased. CONSTITUTION:A lower control section, i.e., a linear motor controller 37, comprises means for setting the distance between stators in its own control zone, means for setting a target average speed, and a section 370 for operating the control speed of a carrier 1 within its own control zone based on information of the speed of the carrier 1 entering into its own control zone, information of control zone on the downstream side, information from means for setting the distance between stators, and information from means for setting the target average speed. |
