<p>PURPOSE:To use an oscillation circuit meeting the request of a user in a semiconductor device such as a microcomputer, etc. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation circuits 1, 2 are used by switching by a switch 6, however, they are fixed in hardware fashion so as to select the oscillation circuit 2 when a non-oscillating state is released. The oscillation circuit 1 is equipped with a CR oscillation circuit consisting of a HAND gate 11, and inversion circuits 12, 13, and 14, and an oscillator oscillation circuit consisting of a HAND gate 16, and those circuits can be accomplished by externally adding a required component between terminals 30, 31. Also, switches 20, 21 are switched by software, and connection to a required oscillation circuit side can be performed.</p> |
