PURPOSE:To simplify construction by unnecessitating a pre-ionization electrode, source stabilized laser oscillation and a high repetitive operation by preventing arc discharge and sufficiently cooling a dielectric, and to provide an excellent gas laser device with which the frequency, the peak value and the current duration time of oscillation current can be changed in a simple manner. CONSTITUTION:On this gas laser device, dielectrics 10a and 10b are connected to the main electrodes 1 and 2 which are opposingly arranged in a gas container, and an inductance 15 and a capacitor (Cp) 16, which are series-connected with each other, are connected between the main electrodes 1 and 2. |
