PURPOSE:To provide the method capable of changing automatically a table for the related table having the same item string when the item string of a row or a column to one table is changed. CONSTITUTION:The changing method for a table used for tabulation and summing-up by entering data of each of blocks formed by the item string in the row direction and an item column in the column direction is provided with a table management master for storing the item string in the row direction and the item column in the column direction by allowing them to correspond to names of the table, and a table master 3 for storing a shape and size of the table determined by the item name. Also, this method contains a change instruction procedure 1 for instructing addition and deletion of a designated item, or a change of the item name with respect to all the tables having the same item string, and a change processing procedure 2 for changing a shape and size of the same item string, and an updating processing procedure 6 for finding out the table having the same related item string by the retrieval, and changing the item string. |
