<p>PURPOSE: To provide the power transistor which has a control electrode, a 1st and a 2nd electrode, and a Kelvin electrode. CONSTITUTION: The power transistor 11 is constituted by connecting transistors 12 to 15 in parallel. Each transistor has a control electrode and a 1st and a 2nd electrode, which are coupled with the control electrode 16, 1st electrode 17, and 2nd electrode 18 of the power transistor 11. Each 1st resistance is coupled with the Kelvin electrodes 19 and 2nd electrodes of the transistors 12 to 15 to remove oscillation and ringing by 1st resistances 26 to 29. Each 2nd resistance is coupled with the control electrodes 16 and the control electrodes of the transistors 12 to 15 to remove oscillation and ringing even by the 2nd resistances 21 to 24.</p> |
