PURPOSE:To shorten a time until switch on/off information is plotted on a screen after it is inputted. CONSTITUTION:A three-dimensional plotter which displays a three-dimensional polygon on a two-dimensional screen is provided with a clipping processor 25 which computes the intersection data of a straight line connecting each endpoint of polygon endpoint data and a screen frame, and a screen moving device 6 which performs the addition/subtraction arithmetic operation of screen frame information setting as offset based on screen travel information and calculates a moved screen frame, and the intersection data is computed by the clipping processor 25 based on the screen frame calculated by the screen moving device 6.
