The invention relates to a sole support device in ski bindings, which is arranged on a ski and supported on the ski binding and is secured both against displacement and against lifting. The sole support plate has a base-plate for support on the ski and a supporting plate for the support of a ski boot, the base-plate and the supporting plate being resiliently connected to each other at least in the region of one of their longitudinal edges. In such a sole support plate, in order to guarantee at least a second defined position for the support of the ski boot sole, it is so designed, according to the invention, that an inlay (8, 8'; 28, 28', 28'') is provided which can either be slid into the region of a stop (7) of the base-plate (2) in the longitudinal direction of the sole support plate (1) or is arranged to be twistable in this region of the base-plate (22, 22', 22'') transversely to the sole support plate (21, 21', 21'').
