Medical pliers, in particular for endoscopic operations, have a handpiece (1) with a fixed (11) and a movable handle (12), an outer tube (12) linked to the fixed handle and a tie-rod (3) movably guided inside the outer tube which actuates at least one of both plier elements and is linked to the movable handle. The invention is characterized in that a bayonet element (31) is movably mounted with respect to the tie-rod on the distal end of the tie-rod. The bayonet element may be inserted into a bayonet insert in the outer tube. At least one of the plier elements is hingedly connected to the bayonet element. The outer tube with the tie-rod inserted therein may be linked to the handpiece by a linking element (21), so that the proximal end of the tie-rod snaps into a spring-loaded catch (51) in the movable handle of the handpiece. |
