A device for a collapsible container, accommodation unit and so forth, designed to be stored and transported in a flattened state, and erected at the site of use, comprising side walls (1, 1), end walls (2, 2), a floor (3) and a roof (4), which walls (1, 2) are hinged to the lateral edges (3a, b, c, d) of the floor, and in addition the side walls (1) are also hinged to the two opposing lateral edges (4a, 4b) of the roof (4) and also are provided with a central hinge (1c) parallel to the lower and upper hinges (1a, 1b) by which the side walls (1) are attached to the floor and roof respectively, for swinging the side walls (1) upwards from an inwardly swung, folded position parallel to the floor (3) to an erect wall position, and means for securing said walls (1, 2) in an erect position, whereupon the end walls (2) can be swung from a folded position at the floor (3) to an erect wall position, and attached to the side walls (1) and/or roof (4) with the aid of expedient means. The floor (3) at the edges thereof, preferably the lateral edges (3a, b, c, d), is provided with at least three height adjusting means (5), spaced apart from one another, for adjusting the surface of the floor (3) to a level/non-warped surface in order to relieve the pressure on all the hinge connections and thereby facilitate the upward swinging of said side walls (1) and end walls (2) into their correct positions relative to one another. |
