IMPROVED DISTILLATIVE SEPARATION PROCESS BY STEAMING FOR MIXTURES OF MULTIPLE SUBSTANCES

A process is disclosed for intensifying and/or accelerating the distillative separation of mixtures of multiple substances by using a steam flow (5, 7) which allows the steam-volatile parts of the substances to be removed more easily (steaming). The process is characterized in that the substances to be separated (4, 19, 1), which are fluid in processing conditions, are steamed in a finely pulverized form. Preferably, steam which is overheated at the working pressure is used in particularly at least partially as propellant gas for vaporizing the liquid phases to be purified. The substances to be processed are pulverized by means of this propellant gas in pulverizing nozzles for multiple substances. This process may have a wide range of applications, by simply adapting its parameters, in particular temperature and working pressure.
