Compounds of formula (i) in which R1 is an aryl, a heteroaryl or a cycloalkyl group which may, if desired, be substituted; AS is an amino-acid; n is 0 or 1; and R2 and R3 are the same or different and represent hydrogen atoms, alkyl, carboxy, alkyl or alkoxy carbonyl alkyl groups, or R2 and R3, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are bonded, form a heterocyclyl ring which may if desired also contain a second heteroatom and be substituted by alkyl, carboxy or alkoxy carbonyl groups; R4 and R5 are the same or different and are hydrogen atoms or alkyl groups; m &cir& _ is 0, 1 or 2; R6, R7, R8 and R9 are the same or different and are hydrogen or halogen atoms; and hydrates, solvates and physiological acceptable salts thereof. The invention also relates to the optically active forms, the racemates and the diastereomer mixtures of these compounds and a process for their production and medicaments containing these compounds, especially a process for the production of medicaments for the treatment of thrombo-embolic diseases.
