摘要 The present invention is directed to a non-radioactive targeting immunoreagent that comprises an immunoreactive group, one or more non-self-associating L-enantiomeric oligonucleotide sequences, and one or more linking groups, and to a radioactive targeting immunoreagent that comprises an L-enantiomeric oligonucleotide sequence that is complementary in sequence to and capable of hybridization with one or more fragments of a non-self-associating L-enantiomeric oligonucleotide sequence, one or more chelating agents, one or more linking groups, and one or more radionuclides. The present invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more of the above-described immunoreagents and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. The present invention is further directed to methods for treating and imaging disease sites in patients.
