PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for a data input, and to reduce operation error at the time of data input by decreasing the number of data input items. CONSTITUTION:Based on a keyboard input or a retrieval key subjected to OCR recognition and narrowing-down data, transaction data in the past is inputted automatically. A CRT display 12 executes a display of slip image data, and a display of a transaction actual result data candidate selected and designated from an input device, main item data of an automatic input or an operator's input, related item data and other item which does not become an automatic input object. A past transaction actual result data file retains main item data in the transaction concerned and related item data which can be determined by determining or selecting uniquely from the main item data, and a key item being incidental to the main item. |
