PURPOSE:To repress variations of finished size of works by controlling cutting feed speed in the process of grinding machining, to their minimum. CONSTITUTION:At the same time as a measuring head 1 continuously measures the size of a work which is being ground, detection is done for the time when ground spaces has become X10, signals are given at respective time points X1, 0. These signals are supplied through an amplifier 2 to a comparator 4. The comparator 4 compares signals from an X1 point size setter 3 with signals from the amplifier 2, and opens gates 6 and 10. The gate 10 supplies an amplifier 11 with information of cutting feed speed which is set to a rough grinding speed setter 14 or information of cutting feed sped of a grindstone of a speed comparing operational device 9. Output of the amplifier 11 is sent through a switch 12 to a servo device 13. The servo device 13 drives the cutting feed mechanism of the grindstone. |
