Insert for outer garments

In order to avoid the undesirable fibre migration in an insert for outer garments made of a textile fabric of fibrous material, in particular in the shape of a sleeve, it is proposed that the top side of the textile fabric facing the outer side of the outer garment is loosely covered by a film which bears a textile coating on its outer side and is connected to the textile fabric on one side along a linear region.
