The wind turbine has a tower (10) used to support a horizontal shaft (11) to which a number of rotor blades (12) are attached, with the tower used simultaneously as a living and work space. Pref. the tower is assembled from a number of room modules (101,102,103) stacked one on top of the other and fitted with a top cap (104) supporting the horizontal shaft, which is pref. rotatable about a vertical axis for aligning the rotor blades with the wind direction. <IMAGE> |
