METHOD OF MANUFACTURING ELECTRO-MAGNETIC STEEL PLATE

摘要

The method manufactures anisotropic silicone steel plate (I) of low iron loss by subdividing a magnetic domain through introducing regular strain on surface of the plate (I). The method for introducing regular strain has A) a mechanical method introducing 20-50 % of strain by scribing, B) a laser method introducing 50-80 % of strain by irradiating laser after paint coating on the scribed surface.
