<p>PURPOSE:To provide an integral repaired structure under the relatively simple control of heating temperature, regarding a duct made of synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:In this duct repair device 1, a flexible film 8 is formed at the external side of a cylindrical body 2 in such a way as surrounding the body 2, and an expansion chamber R is formed between the film 8 and the body 2. At the same time, a fluid passage is forded at the internal side of the body 2, and a repair material 33 impregnated with such synthetic resin as accelerated in curing under the application of heat, is fitted to the external side of the film 8. Then, a heated pressure fluid is introduced in the expansion chamber R. As a result, the film 8 is made to bulge externally and the repair material 33 is pressed to the internal side of a duct 1. Then, the resin is cured to repair the duct 1. Regarding this device 1, an empty chamber 6 is provided between the expansion chamber R and the fluid passage.</p> |
