PURPOSE:To miniaturize an image forming device by miniaturizing a developing means, to prevent an image from being deteriorated caused by recovered toner and to maintain image quality to be excellent. CONSTITUTION:An unused toner tank T and a recovered toner tank 8 are disposed to be arrayed in the longitudinal direction of a photosensitive drum 1 so that the length L1 of the said direction by the tanks 7 and 8 becomes identical to the length of the said direction of a developing device 3. Then, a toner replenishment roller 10 and an agitator 9 are shared by the tanks 7 and 8. Besides, the tanks 7 and 8 are set so that the toner replenishing width L2 of the tank 8 becomes narrower than the toner replenishing width L3 of the tank 7 and the replenishing position the recovered toner by the tack 8 is at a position corresponding to the non-image area of the drum 1. Thus, the image forming device can be miniaturized and the excellent image can be obtained. |
