PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing an adhesive decorative sheet having excellent initial adhesivity, dry adhesivity, hot creep resistance, etc., and provide a process for bonding the decorative sheet keeping the excellent coated state of the adhesive without causing the transmission of the heat of a drier to an adhesive applicator. CONSTITUTION:A roll of a decorative sheet 11 is unwound and supplied to the gap between a platen 3 and an adhesive reservoir 21 at a speed of 15m/min and an adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the decorative sheet 11 with a knife coater 22 to a thickness of 100mum. The back surface of the decorative sheet 11 free from applied adhesive is made to contact with an aluminum plate 41 heated at about 60 deg.C with an assistant heater 4 and passed over the aluminum plate in about 1 see to heat the adhesive through the decorative sheet 11. There is absolutely no condensation of moisture on the surface of the adhesive. The coated sheet is dried with hot air flow of 40 deg.C by passing through a drying zone 5. |
