发明名称 METHOD FOR BONDING OPTICAL DISK SUBSTRATE TO HUB
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the bonding work of an optical disk substrate to a hub and to obtain a durable optical disk having strong adhesive force by using an anaerobic curing tacky adhesive sheet produced by applying an anaerobic curing tacky adhesive having a specific composition to a gas-impermeable substrate. CONSTITUTION:An anaerobic curing tacky adhesive is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a tacky adhesive rubbery resin with (B) 30-150 pts.wt. of a compound containing conjugated double bond, exhibiting oxygen absorptivity and peroxide forming property, having oxygen absorption of 0.1-3.0% and active oxygen content of 0.01-1.0% and preferably composed of rosin, polymerized rosin, etc., (C) a monomer or oligomer having ethylenic unsaturated group and (D) 0.1-15 pts.wt. of an organic peroxide. The amount of the ethylenic unsaturated group of the component C is 2-140mol based on 1mol of the active oxygen of the component B. The obtained anaerobic curing tacky adhesive is applied to a gas-impermeable substrate or impregnated in a porous substrate in a gas- impermeable state. An optical disk is produced by bonding an optical disk substrate 6 to a magnetic attraction part (hub) 5 using the anaerobic curing tacky adhesive sheet or tape produced by the above process.
