发明名称 METHOD FOR LAMINATING OPTICAL DISK SUBSTRATE
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the lamination work of an optical disk substrate and to obtain a durable optical disk having strong adhesive force by using a curable tacky adhesive sheet produced by laminating a curable tacky adhesive having a specific composition to a gas-impermeable substrate. CONSTITUTION:A curable tacky adhesive is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a tacky adhesive rubbery resin with (B) 30-150 pts.wt. of a compound containing conjugated double bond, exhibiting oxygen absorptivity and peroxide forming property, having oxygen absorption of 0.1-3.0% and active oxygen content of 0.05-1.0% and preferably composed of rosin, polymerized rosin, etc. The obtained curable tacky adhesive is applied to a gas-impermeable substrate or impregnated in a porous substrate in a gas-impermeable state to obtain a curable tacky adhesive sheet or tape. An optical disk is produced by laminating optical disk substrates 2 using the curable tacky adhesive sheet or tape produced by the process. The tacky adhesive is preferably further incorporated, in addition to the components A and B, with (C) a compound having ethylenic unsaturated group or its oligomer in an amount of 0-140mol of the ethylenic unsaturated group based on 1mol of the active oxygen of the component B.
