PURPOSE:To cool a large amounts of materials to be cooled while rotating and transferring these materials even in narrow space by rotating and stirring a cooling liquid for circulating in a stream passage body by a jetting nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A cooling liquid 16 is circulated in a stream passage body 10 forming the lower part provided with a supply port of a material to be cooled and an output port of a material to be cooled in arc shape and the material 12 to be cooled is floated in the cooling liquid in the stream passage body 10.
