PURPOSE:To obtain an insecticidal composition containing a hydrazine compound in combination with a carbamate compound, capable of controlling lepidopterous vermin and other concurrently generating vermin, exhibiting excellent insecticidal effect and contributing to agriculture. CONSTITUTION:The insecticide composition is produced by combining (A) a hydrazine compound of formula I [A and B are O, S, group of formula II, formula III, CO, formula IV or NR' (R is H, alkyl or alkoxy; R' is H, alkyl, acyl, etc.); R1 to R4 are H, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, etc.; R5 to R7 are H, halogen, alkyl, nitro, amino, cyano, OH, etc.; R8 to R10 are H, halogen, alkyl, nitro, etc.; R11 is H, cyano, acyl, etc.; R12 is alkyl; (n) is O or 1] with (B) a carbamate compound. For example, the composition is a combination of N-(5-methyl-1,4- benzodioxane-6-carbo)-N'-t-butyl-N'-(3,5-dimethylbenzoyl)hydrazine with ethiofencarb. |
