PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive immunopotentiator capable of being orally administered, suitable for raising of cultured fish and domestic animal, capable of improving raising efficiency and raising cost, by pulverizing cells of yeast, comprising a specific amount of the ground cells of yeast not maintaining a shape of cells of yeast. CONSTITUTION:Cells of yeast such as dried yeast of beer are pulverized by grinding, blasting, ultrasonic grinding, etc., by using a mechanical grinder, a blasting device, ultrasonic grinder, etc., and spray-dried to obtain the immunopotentiator for feed capable of being orally administered besides low cost, raising immunological power by stimulating an immune system of animal itself without using an antibiotic giving rise to residue in body and marine pollution to prevent the spread of virus and pathogenic bacteria causing troubles of raising of cultured fish and domestic animal, improving raising efficiency and reducing raising cost, having <=10mu average particle diameter of the pulverized cells of yeast, comprising >=30% of the pulverized cells of yeast not maintaining a shape of cells of yeast. |
