摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a noodle or bread containing an aloe gel enhanced in its product value, contributing to the health promotion of men, and useful as a function food, etc., by replacing water contained in a noodles and bread raw material with an aloe gel, and subsequently kneading the mixture by a conventional method. CONSTITUTION:Aloes are cultured with organic fertilizers and manures in a green house, and harvested after approximately 700 days from a planting time as a measure. The carefully selected leaves of the harvested aloes are treated with a gel-extracting machine to take out gel contents from the aloe leaves, thus obtaining the aloe gel largely containing conjugated mucopolysaccharides. The highly viscous aloe gel is added to the noodle or bread raw material, kneaded and subsequently processed by a conventional method into the objective aloe gel-containing noodle or bread enabling to easily eat the aloe gel which has been a special food, enhancing the product value of the noodle and bread, capable of contributing to the health promotion of men, and useful as a functional food, etc.
