PURPOSE: To obtain a method for removing only the smell of garlic without loosing allyshine and to obtain garlic without its smell by seeding and growing the garlic processed like the above manner as seeds. CONSTITUTION: This method is to add calcium salt, magnesium salt or the mixture of them to a solution obtained by dissolving sodium alginate into water, disperse insoluble sodium alginate generated in this solution, add zeolite and diatomite to this solution and dip garlic into the obtained solution to remove its smell. In addition, garlic without smell is obtained by seeding and growing the garlic processed like this manner. The garlic does not change its taste, flavor, component, etc., and does not cause bad breath after eating. In addition the garlic without the bad smell like this manner is grown and cropped. |
