PURPOSE:To provide a knob accommodating structure which can simplify the shape of an instrument lower panel, and sufficiently secure a space in the instrument lower panel, and thereby obtain excellent operability. CONSTITUTION:The lower end 7a of an instrument panel 1 is provided with a recess 21 which is partitioned by an instrument protector 15 and a doorprotector 19, and accommodates an other component operating knob 23. The instrument protector 15 is protrusively provided downward from the lower end 7a of the instrument panel 1, and the doorprotector 19 is protrusively provided from a door 9 being adjacent to an end 7b in the car width direction of the instrument panel 1 toward the inside of a cabin so as to face the lower end 7a. |
