<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance, shock resistance, barrier performance and sanitary efficiency by stacking using reaction type solventless adhesive resin at the time of laminating films for forming the respective layers in a multilayer plastic bag formed by a multilayer composite film. CONSTITUTION:A two-liquid reaction type solventless adhesive resin 2 is coated on nylon (3) 20mum thick at the coating temperature of 70 deg.C by coating quantity of 2.0g/m<2> to laminate polypropylene 50mum, Subsequently, for hardening the adhesive 2, aging at 40-45 deg.C is performed for four days to manufacture a multilayer plastic sheet, and a bag is manufactured using the sheet. Thus, the change in a bag manufacturing stored liquid due to residual solvent is eliminated and heat resistance, shock resistance, barrier performance and sanitary efficiency can be improved.</p> |
