PURPOSE:To remove a cause to produce inferiorior goods and to enhance productivity by facilitating not only the fixing of a skin and an insert to a lower mold but also the taking-out of a molded product while ensuring the positional accuracy of a bent part becoming the positioning standard of an armrest. CONSTITUTION:A horizontal shaft 2 is attached to the bracket 11 fixed to the rear surface of a lower mold 1 and the lower front end part 131 of a. protruding member 13 having a horizontal U-shape in a side view is pivotally attached to the horizontal shaft 12 to provide the protruding member 13 to the lower mold 1 in a freely revolvable manner and the protruding member 13 is separated from the upper surface of the lower mold 1 and a skin 4 for an armrest and an insert 3 having a bent part 31 are arranged in the lower mold 1. Thereafter, the protruding member 13 is rotated upwardly to be inserted along the rear surface of the bent part 31 to be arranged so as to allow the bent part 31 to fly out toward the rear surface of the armrest A. Next, a raw material of a foamable synthetic resin is injected into the skin 4 to be foamed and cured to integrally mold the skin 4 and the insert 3. |
