<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a thread opening operation, by dropping and separating unopend threads attached to the outside of a cylinder without causing turbulent air or static adhesion, by rotating an air-permeable cylinder under the wire cylinder of a garnet machine. CONSTITUTION:The raw material 5 for opening is fed through the screen 3 to the garnet machine, and opened by the wire cylinder 1 and separated into the fibers 6 and the unopened threads 7, which are then pressed to the surface of the rotating air-permeable cylinder 2 and separated with certainty, and then dropped downward by the wind 8 flowing through the cylinder 2. EFFECT:No floating of unopend threads or adhesion to the unopened thread removing plate.</p> |
