CONSTITUTION:This solid food is characterized by forming a film of fats and oils on the surface of a sweet liquid layer in a solid food having the sweet liquid layer on the surface. This method for producing the solid food is characterized by bringing the solid food having the sweet liquid layer on the surface into contact with heated fats and oils and then cooling the solid food or bringing the solid food into contact with low-viscosity fats and oils and thereby forming the film of the fats and oils on the surface of the sweet liquid layer.
