<p>PURPOSE: To provide a portable spraying system with a pressure release function by feeding a material by a pump from a material tank to a pneumatically operated material control valve and supplying the material to a spray gun under control by a system controller having a manifold equipped with a flow rate limiting section. CONSTITUTION: The pump 50 connected to the material tank 70 and a material control valve (hereafter described as the valve) 30 are connected to a supply conduit 34 with a pressure switch 15 interposed therebetween. The valve 30 is connected to the material tank 70 by a recirculating hose 32 and is connected to the spray gun 20 by a material supply hose 26 to supply the prescribed material 1. On the other hand, the system controller 40, which consists of a differential pressure switch 47, the manifold 45, a pressure switch 14, a four-way valve 42, or the like, and is connected to a pressurizing air source by a hose 12, is connected to the valve 30 by conduits 36 and 38. The valve 30 is controlled in its operation to control the material and to supply the controlled air via the air supply hose 28 to the spray gun 20.</p> |
