PURPOSE:To provide a sheet of powdery material whose handling properties are excellent in the case of producing a laminated sheet having the layer of powdery material for one of a constituted layer. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg 3 is obtained by impregnating the fibrous base material 2 with thermosetting resin varnish and semi-hardening the same. Sheet material is produced by unifying the powdery material 1 in a sheet shape on the obtained prepreg 3. A prepreg 4 is obtained by impregnating the fibrous base material 2 with thermosetting resin varnish and semi-hardening it. Powdery material capable of being stuck or melt-stuck is sprinkled on the obtained prepreg 4. The powdery material is heated and stuck or melt-stuck.
