PURPOSE:To ensure stable extrusion function, even if the hardness and thickness of a material change. CONSTITUTION:A supply orifice 3 for supplying a material is provided at the base end of a cylinder 1. In addition, a screw 2 which allows the bite of a material and its transport to the tip of the cylinder 1, is provided in the cylinder 1. Further, the screw 2 is composed of a rotary shaft 6 and a spiral blade 7. At a part located in the supply orifice 3, the spiral blade 7 has the same circumferential diameter and the rotary shaft 6 has a circumferential diameter which becomes gradually narrower toward the tip. Under this constitution, if a material which allows an easy bite of itself is introduced from the supply orifice 3 in the base and side of the cylinder 1, the bite of the material is restricted as an interval between the cylinder 1 and the rotary shaft 6 is narrow. On the contrary, if a material which does not allow an easy bite of itself is introduced from the supply orifice 3 on the tip side of the cylinder 1, the bite of the material becomes deeper as the interval between the cylinder 1 and the rotary shaft 6 is wide. Consequently, both materials are always allowed to have a stable bite. |
