PURPOSE:To lay a wide and long rubber sheet in the sea by pulling the end part of four sides of a wide, extendedly attached rubber sheet in a drawing direction and a left-and-right direction and providing stretchingly spread rubber floats to the central part of the sheet in the left-and-right direction and bonding the sheet to the other sheet in the sea. CONSTITUTION:Rope clamping bands 10 are collected to the end parts in the left-and-right direction of a wide, extendedly attached rubber sheet in the direction drawing the sheet to be clamped by collecting wheels 29. The length of the sheet is adjusted by drawing and tensioning wheels 8 and drawing and tensioning ropes 7 to be held to a tensioned state so as not to be slackened. Next, stretchingly spread rubber floats 14, 15 are bonded and fixed to the wide, extendedly attached rubber sheet in the direction vertical to the drawing direction and connected by rubber float connectors 16. The bonding end part in the drawing direction of the wide, extendedly attached rubber sheet and the bonding end part of the other wide, extendedly attached rubber sheet are bonded in the sea, for example, by a double-side tape. |
