PURPOSE:To obtain a sheet molded integrally with a skin which is free from fallen-down shag on a shaggy skin or a deteriorated cushion pad by activating an adhesive rapidly. CONSTITUTION:At least, either of a cushion pad 1 or a skin 2 is moistened and both are combined together with a vapor activated hot melt adhesive 3 present in between. Further, this combined cushion pad and skin is irradiated using a microwave, so that moisture becomes vapor instantaneously by self- exothermic action of the moisture due to dielectric loss, and the vapor activated hot melt adhesive is activated rapidly. In addition, the cushion pad and the skin are adhered together in an extremely short time. |
