PURPOSE:To accurately control a gap between a counter electrode and a toner flow control means by a method wherein a spacer which forms a gap is formed between the counter electrode conducting a base material and the toner flow control means. CONSTITUTION:A minus charged toner supplied to an aperture part 4 of an aperture electrode 1 is so controlled as to pass through the aperture part 4 provided according to a control electrode 3 with a voltage impressed to the control electrode 3 from a control voltage impressing circuit 5. A base material P inserted into inside an apparatus from an insertion opening 21 is carried to a counter electrode roller 6 with a pair of guide rollers 23. A specific voltage is impressed to a counter electrode roller 6 with an electrode 7, and a gap of a specific interval is provided between the counter electrode roller 6 and the aperture electrode 1 with a spacer. A specific electric field is formed between the counter electrode roller 6 and the aperture electrode 1 by impressing a voltage. The toner 14 having passed through the aperture part 4 of the aperture electrode 1 is attracted to the counter electrode roller 6 along that electric field. |
