PURPOSE:To dispense with a tank preliminarily filled with high pressure nitrogen gas by taking out nitrogen gas from the atmosphere using a gas separation membrane in a nitrogen enriched air generating device and compressing the taken-out nitrogen gas by a compressor to store the same in a tank. CONSTITUTION:Nitrogen gas with a concn. of 95-99% is separated from the atmosphere collected through a filter 11 by the separation membrane of a nitrogen gas enriched air generator 10 to be supplied to a mold cavity 4 by a high pressure gas unit 13 having the pipeline 12 connecting the nitrogen enriched air generator 10 and a nozzle 5. The nitrogen gas supplied to the pipeline 12 is compressed by a compressor 14 to become highly conc. nitrogen gas which is, in turn, stored in a tank 16. Therefore, it becomes unnecessary to provide a tank preliminarily filled with high pressure nitrogen gas and the nitrogen gas for hollow molding to an injection molding machine is obtained from the atmosphere and compressed to required pressure to be stored. |
