PURPOSE:To synthesize a cyclic peptide in good yield. CONSTITUTION:This method for synthesizing a cyclic peptide is to form a peptide according to a solid-phase synthetic method using a support composed of an oxime group-containing resin, forming disulfide bonds on the solid phase, cyclize the formed peptide and then cleave the cyclic peptide from the support.
