MANUFACTURE OF RESIN-COATED METAL MOLDED BODY

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacture of a resin-coated metal molded body in which a thermoplastic resin layer of a surface layer is integrated in adhesion with a metal on the occasion of bending a metal plate and which has a modified cross section. CONSTITUTION:A primer layer of a thickness 0.001 to 0.007mm is formed on a metal plate by applying acrylic thermosetting resin. The metal plate with this primer layer is heated by hot air of 170 to 220 deg.C and bent immediately after the heating and a surface layer of thermoplastic resin is so provided on the primer layer as to coat it.
