PURPOSE:To shorten the noodle-boiling time of a boiling tank by enhancing its inner pressure. CONSTITUTION:A closable noodle-throwing port 3 and a closable noodle- discharging port 4 are formed in a boiling tank main body 1, and subsequently closed, respectively, to form the whole body of the boiling tank in a closed state. The boiling tank main body during a boiling operation becomes a closed state, thereby, enabling to enhance the inner pressure of the boiling tank main body, to accelerate the permeation of hot water into the noodles, to realize the large shortage of the boiling time, to reduce the dispersion of heat during the boiling operation as much as possible, and to improve the thermal efficiency of the device. |
